Applicators for forage harvesters

We have a range of silage additive applicator for both trailed and self propelled forage harvesters that can be used to dispenses granular or liquid preservative additives precisely to help maximise forage quality and feed values. All kits are easy to set up and use with the additive brand of your choice. There are options to cover the range of application rates from ultra low to high volume.        

Pump modules

A Covered pump with bracket that has multiple mounting options the Dflow module that can accurately deliver up to 10 litres per minute. With our servoing digital in cab control box the Dflow module can be used with auxiliary tanks or drawing from a built in on board tank. The control box automatically monitors and adjusts the flow from the pump to deliver additive precisely at any harvesting rate within the models range.

Ultra Low Volume applicators

Ultra Low application rates from 20ml to 250ml per minute can be applied with our ULV applicator. It has open flow pipe work with NO in line flow sensor or filters. The 55 litre translucent tank will treat over 1000 tonnes of forage before refill with an application rate of 50 ml per tonne. The control box automatically monitors and adjusts the flow from the pump to deliver additive precisely.

Powder/granular applicator

With a fluted feed rotor the powdermaster dispenses granular preservative additives by gravity to the application point. With our own digital control box the Dflow Powdermaster is easy to set up and use. The control box automatically monitors and adjusts the speed of the feed rotor to deliver additive precisely to help maximise forage quality and feed values. With user entered volumetric calibration it can be used with the additive brand of your choice.

Our PWM Powder Master with non servoing in cab speed controller has been one of our most popular applicators for dry additives for many years.

Where garvity feeding is not possible a blower attachmnet can be supplied. It is easily fitted to both digital and PWM Powdermaster applicator.

Flowmaster stem pump

The Flowmaster stem pump has long been established as a favorite with operators of forage harvesters. It is robustly made easy to set up and use. Supplied with a non servoing in cab speed controller, depending on model, delivering up to 10 litres per minute. Flowmeters can be supplied as an optional extra to use to calibrate and monitor the flow from the cab.

SDP kits

Our SDP kit comes with a non servoing in cab speed controller and depending on model can deliver up to 15 litres per minute. This can be suplied as a bare bones kit or the pump can be mounted in a module for a more proffesional looking applicator. Flowmeters can be supplied as an optional extra to use to calibrate and monitor the flow from the cab.
